1. Request an Information Packet:  Before applying, you will be sent an Information Packet about Faith heritage School. Once you receive the packet, read the brochures and other information included to determine whether Faith Heritage School offers the type of education you desire. 2.   Informational Interview:  After receiving the Information Packet, call FHS to schedule an Informational Interview. At this time parents complete a short questionnaire, have a chance to ask questions, and tour the school. At the end of this meeting, the parents will be provided the enrollment application and associated paperwork.

3.   Visit: We suggest that all potential students visit FHS for a day by “shadowing” someone in their class. It is expected that all grade 7 - 12 students will visit FHS.

4.   Enrollment Application and Registration Fee:  Return the completed application and associated paperwork to the school office along with the registration fee. No processing can be done without the fee or completed paperwork.

5.   Testing:  Standardized testing is given to students entering grades pre-K through 9. The scores help determine how your child is performing academically in comparison to the class which he will be entering. You will be advised of the test date and time. No decision on acceptance will be made prior to testing.

6.   Interview:  An interview is scheduled with the appropriate principal. Parents only will meet with the elementary principal for children entering grades K – 3. Both parents and students will meet with the appropriate principal for all other grades.

7.   Final Acceptance:  The final decision on admitting a student is made by the Admissions Committee. The family will be notified by mail of the committee’s decision. Depending upon the volume of applications being considered, this may take several weeks.

8.   NO STUDENT WILL BE ADMITTED UNTIL THE ABOVE PROCEDURES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED!

9.   Financial Aid:  Application for Financial Aid does not ensure receipt of an award. Limited funds prevent us from meeting the total need of each family.  All information given on the form is confidential. If Financial Aid is not awarded and your family must withdraw your application due to financial reasons, 80% of the registration fee will be returned to you.

FALL ENROLLMENT: IN ORDER TO ENTER FHS IN SEPTEMBER, APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY MID AUGUST.
